Congratulations on your acceptance to this amazing Israel experience!
Date | Flight | Departs | Arrives |
May 27 | American Airlines 094 | 7:00 PM JFK | 8:30 AM May 28 Madrid |
May 29 | ELAL 398 | 10:50 PM Madrid | 4:30 AM May 30 Tel Aviv |
June 14 | ELAL 007 | 10:30 AM Tel Aviv | 3:10 PM June 14 JFK |
HOW: If you would like to extend your ticket, you must request it when you sign up for your flight below.
WHEN: You should submit your extension request ASAP. We always try to fulfill requests at the best price, but remember that you are traveling at one of the busiest times of the year. The longer you wait, the harder it will be to get the date and price that you’d like.
COST: The cost to extend is $75 PLUS any difference in fare between the group flight and the flight you are requesting. If your first choice is not available for $75, we will get back to you with other options.
PROCEDURE: If your extension request is available with no additional fees we will reserve your ticket and email it to you for confirmation and payment. You must respond within a day if a change needs to be made.
COMPANIONS: If you plan to travel with another student, you should preferably fill out your flight forms on the same day and add a note that you are traveling together.
EXTENSIONS AFTER TICKETING: You can also change your ticket after it is issued by contacting either Go Inspire or the airline. The cost will be $245 + any change in ticket fare.
CONTACT: For any questions send an email to [email protected] .
Please indicate on your flight form if you have any special dietary needs (e.g. if you are a vegetarian) so that we can accommodate you in Israel. (Note, we cannot cater to ALL food allergies and special needs but when notified in advance we will do our best)
Remember to Pack:
GUYS – a few pairs of long pants, several long-sleeved shirts
GIRLS – a few long skirts and shirts with sleeves
Students should wear suitable modest dress when visiting religious neighborhoods in Jerusalem, including the Old City and holy sites. We also request that students respect the sensitivities of the rabbis teaching them, and dress appropriately for classes — for example: no sleeveless shirts, and no mini shorts or mini-skirts. We want you to feel comfortable and appropriately-dressed during your stay.
Please refer to our Packing list for more suggestions.
Please return in April for cell phone details
