Payment Terms

  • $500* deposit due at sign up – refundable up to November 15, 2016. After November 15, 2016 the deposit is non-refundable
  • $1,650 second payment due January 15, 2017
  • Balance of payment due 2 months prior to the trip (March 15, 2017)
  • All payments are non-refundable after March 15, 2017
  • All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Participants are highly encouraged to take out travel insurance. For more information see goinspire.com/insurance. Once your deposit becomes nonrefundable, you may want to take care of insurance as soon as possible, as deadlines will apply.
  • *All payments via credit card will include a 2.5% processing fee. This fee is waived on the $500 deposit. If you prefer to send a check, please mail it to:
